Integration settings

Open Settings → Integrations to view the connectors in your workspace. A connector links Infodeck with a supported sensor provider or external service.

Quick summary: Use Add connector to start a supported self-service connection, or open an existing connector to view its setup and linked devices. Follow the provider's guide to confirm readings or floor-plan access.

Set up a connection​

  1. Confirm that you have permission to view and manage integrations in the workspace.
  2. Click Add connector and choose the provider under IoT networks or Automation.
  3. Enter a Connector name and optional Description.
  4. Click Create and continue, then complete that provider's connection settings.
  5. For sensors, register an asset with the matching identifier and Asset Type, and check its first reading.

Change existing settings​

For ChirpStack v4, LORIOT, The Things Network, ThingPark, HTTP and uHoo, open the connector and choose Edit connector or Resume setup. Save the changed fields with Save changes. Leave a masked connection field blank to keep its stored value.

Changing the name does not reconfigure the external provider. If you change where a network sends readings, update that provider's routing too and verify a new reading before continuing.

Example​

For a building's LORIOT sensors, use the LORIOT guide to configure message forwarding and register one sensor. Confirm its history and current values before registering the rest.
